 Alison is a strong and highly trusted Deputy Manager who plays a central leadership role within the nursery. She leads by example, supporting staff with clarity, consistency, and care, while ensuring the highest standards of practice across the setting. Alison works closely with families and the wider team to create a safe, inclusive, and well-organised environment where children’s learning and wellbeing are always the priority. Her calm leadership and commitment to quality are integral to the nursery’s success. 

 Katie is our passionate, Level 3 SENCo trained lead who oversees inclusive practice across the nursery with expertise, commitment, and care. She works strategically with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure children’s individual needs are identified early and supported effectively. Katie champions high-quality SEND provision, drives inclusive practice throughout the setting, and plays a vital leadership role in ensuring all children are supported to achieve their full potential.environment where children can learn and play.

 Kerrie is our Level 3 Designated Safeguarding Lead, bringing passion, care, and a positive energy to her role every day. She is deeply committed to keeping children safe and well, leading safeguarding practice with confidence, professionalism, and compassion. Kerrie supports staff to follow robust safeguarding procedures while creating a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued, and able to thrive.

 Dawn is a Level 3 qualified practitioner who is loving, committed, and deeply caring in her work with children. She brings warmth, fun, and enthusiasm into the nursery every day, creating positive relationships where children feel happy, safe, and confident. Dawn’s genuine love for working with children shines through in everything she does, and she is dedicated to supporting each child’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

 Micheala is a Level 3 qualified practitioner who is nurturing, dedicated, and enthusiastic in her role. She creates a joyful and welcoming environment where children feel secure, valued, and confident to explore and learn. Micheala’s positive approach, patience, and natural ability to connect with children support meaningful learning experiences and promote each child’s emotional wellbeing and development. 

 Laila is a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice who is hardworking, outgoing, and passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. She brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the nursery each day, working closely with the team to create a happy, engaging, and caring environment. Her dedication to developing her skills and supporting children makes her a valued member of the setting.
